WHAT'S IT ABOUT?
When it comes to Melbourne based businesses, these three awesome entrepreneurs are conquering the market here and aboard. In this fun and engaging event you and I will be asking them the questions that you want answered on how they are standing out from the crowd, building their businesses and making it happen. What was the driving force behind their idea, what kept and keeps them going and what does it take to stand out from the crowd?
Join us and our awesome panel of speakers for an evening at The Bridge Hotel in Richmond in The Loft as we have a few drinks and nibble and have some fun connecting with other EPIC business owners.
Adam Jelic
Adam started Mi Goals with the purpose to create a product that would help him - and others - go from ordinary to awesome. Each year he’s worked to refine and create new products, with the mission to take people from dreaming to doing. Adam is driven by a desire to inspire others to make the leap from the mundane to something that truly excites them. He’s a font of inspiration - always ready to share with you a story about someone rising, from movie legends to modern sportspeople and big thinkers.
Georgia Beattie
At just 23, Georgia Beattie launched Lupé Wines, and two years later, in 2012, it was named as one of BRW’s top 10 start-ups to watch. Today, her million-dollar-plus operation, including her packaging business, Single Serve Packaging, is shaking up the wine industry in Australia and across the Asia-Pacific region.
Georgia Beattie is poised to take her business to the next level. As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Single Serve Packaging and Lupé Wines, she’s recently signed up a business partner in China, has a world-first product patented and ready to roll out, and has a capital raising under way.
Sheree Ruby
Sheree Rubinstein is the co-founder and CEO of social enterprise ‘One Roof’. ‘One Roof’ has created co-working spaces targeted towards women in Melbourne, Sydney and Los Angeles offering business coaching, mentorship, advice and networking opportunities. They have hosted hundreds of events and workshops, granted scholarships to six social enterprises, and connected many women to legal advice and business connections.
